If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Condition

Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, no return needed.
