Shipping Information

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after they are placed. During peak periods such as Black Friday and December, processing can take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, parcels arrive worldwide within 5-7 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders over $100. On smaller orders a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also check your order on the Track Your Order page.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If something is wrong, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you.
